Our process

3-day aged samgyetang, steamed in a siru

We steam instead of boil. It takes longer, but the chicken keeps its natural flavor and the herbs keep their aroma.

  1. 1

    Fresh Harim chicken

We only use fresh, never frozen, chicken.

  2. 2

    Aged 3 days

Three days of aging removes gaminess and tenderizes the meat.

  3. 3

    Steamed in a siru

The chicken is slowly cooked with medicinal herbs in a traditional earthenware steamer.

  4. 4

    Served in ttukbaegi

Served piping hot in your choice of herbal, mung bean or perilla broth.

Homemade kimchi

We never serve imported kimchi. Ours is made in the restaurant with Korean ingredients. As a CESCO Members restaurant, we keep strict hygiene standards.
